To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced personality as a Facility Management Employee (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Ensuring operational day-to-day business in technical and infrastructural building management as well as being the first point of contact for technical and specialist concerns
• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and minor repair work as well as professional care of the assigned machines, devices, and maintenance materials
• Awarding, coordinating, and monitoring orders to external service providers and suppliers while adhering to cost, deadline, and quality specifications
• Responsibility for orders and spare parts management of production (approx. 30 %) as well as direct contact with subtenants and other local contact persons
• GMP-compliant documentation of the work performed and compliance with internal standards in the areas of safety, production, and fire protection
• Readiness to undertake on-call duties and initial interventions as well as providing support with the coordination of cleaning if required

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ, a certified caretaker, or with a comparable manual or technical education
• Manual dexterity, good technical understanding, as well as an independent, systematic, and proactive way of working
• Assertiveness, high social competence, and strong communication skills
• Ability to explain technical contexts in an understandable manner
• Good user knowledge in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• An impeccable reputation is a requirement for this function
