Head of Controlling & Payroll HR

Our client, a hospital, is looking for an experienced leader to head HR Controlling and Payroll. In this responsible position, the successful candidate takes overall responsibility for operational and strategic HR management, monthly payroll processing as well as social insurances, and leads a team of 5-6 specialists. The client offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development of the organization through sound analyses, key figures, and optimized processes.

Your tasks

• Team leadership of 5-6 specialists in the payroll area
• Overall responsibility for monthly payroll processing and annual financial statements
• Creation of HR reports and key figure analyses
• Ensuring legally compliant processes in social insurances and time management

Your profile

• Leadership experience: Several years of experience in the personnel leadership of specialist teams
• HR professional competence: Sound knowledge in payroll and HR controlling required
• System knowledge: Experience with HR, payroll, and time management systems necessary
• Language skills: Fluent German or French, B2 level required respectively
