• Supervision of the Service department and, depending on experience, also Housekeeping, of around 25 employees with all associated responsibilities
• Ensuring efficient processes through proactive deployment planning
• Ensuring high-quality service
• Various administrative tasks such as ordering and management of the wine cellar
• Promotion and cultivation of team spirit and a calm working atmosphere
• Completed training as a restaurant specialist or/and hotel specialist or/and completed hotel management school
• Leadership experience

• German as a native language or very good German skills, other foreign languages an advantage
