As of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a:

Group Leader Weaving ##

Your tasks

• You lead the weaving team professionally and personally and accompany around 9 adult employees with impairments in their daily work.
• You design a meaningful, work-agogic daily routine and strengthen the independence, development, and participation of the accompanied persons.
• Within the framework of holistic support, you also take on nursing tasks within the team.
• With your know-how, you design and produce high-quality weaving products for sale together with the employees.
• You perform administrative tasks and actively help shape the further development of the creative workshop.

Your profile

• You have training as a hand weaver or a comparable qualification.
• Additional training in work agogics is an advantage.
• You bring leadership experience.
• You enjoy working interdisciplinary and bringing different specialist perspectives together.
• You are creative, empathetic, humorous, and communicative.
• You think in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner.
• Contact with different people gives you joy.
• You use MS Office and digital tools routinely.
