This department provides care to patients of all ages, children and adults, suffering from neurosurgical, neurological, ophthalmological and oto-rhino-laryngological pathologies. Care is adapted to the needs and difficulties of the patient, from the most acute sectors (intermediate care units) to the rehabilitation sectors (neurorehabilitation). The objective of the department is to lead the patient population towards recovery of their autonomy through teaching, support and outpatient follow-up. It ensures the operation of patients as well as their support, in order to promote an early return home. In the same vein, outpatient care is also prioritized and surgical activity optimized, to facilitate accessibility to care within a reasonable timeframe. The neurorehabilitation service takes care of people suffering from the consequences of damage to the nervous system with the goal of bringing them to the best possible independence and social integration. Neuropsychologist in neurorehabilitation - 100% The neuropsychologists of the neurorehabilitation service perform in-depth diagnostic evaluations and implement individualized rehabilitation interventions, based on the best available scientific data. They work within a highly specialized multidisciplinary team, in an environment promoting clinical innovation, collaboration and continuous professional development. As part of your activity, you provide neuropsychological rehabilitation services to patients with brain injuries through interdisciplinary outpatient care in a day hospital (Beau-Séjour site). Hospital activity could also take place at the Bellerive site. You will also participate in teaching and research activities related to the interests of the service. Qualifications You hold a Master's degree in psychology. You possess the title of specialist in neuropsychology FSP/federal as well as the right to practice in the canton of Genève, or are currently in training to obtain this specialist title. You benefit from very good experience in neuropsychological diagnosis as well as in the use of various neuropsychological care techniques with neurological patients presenting different etiologies. Experience in the care of mood disorders, emotional disorders and fatigue in patients with brain injuries is desired. Experience in participating in research projects is an asset. You demonstrate autonomy in your work, both for the performance of diagnostics as well as for the planning and implementation of therapies. You demonstrate a sense of innovation in the field of cognitive neurorehabilitation approaches. You have good organizational skills and integrate easily into a multidisciplinary team. You demonstrate scientific curiosity, openness to new trends in the field of clinical neuroscience, and are capable of developing new care techniques. You also possess technical knowledge relating to investigation and care methodologies.
