As an SME in the wine region with sister companies in the USA, Germany, and Italy, we occupy a leading position worldwide in the field of ceramic-bound diamond and CBN grinding tools for precision grinding. To complement our team, we are looking for an Employee PPS (m/w/d) – 100% immediately or by agreement. Key areas of your activity Ensuring timely production Optimal resource planning with regard to employee deployments and machine utilization Regular planning and coordination with the production manager/team leaders Scheduling/replenishment times in consultation with AVOR and procurement Prioritization of orders in terms of quality and business management Hub/interface to sales, AVOR, and production Your profile Further training in production planning Technical basic training is an advantage Good knowledge of ERP systems (proAlpha is an advantage) Good communication skills with internal and external offices Customer- and solution-oriented behavior Very high ability to grasp and networked thinking in combination with a pronounced ability to recognize connections and dependencies German spoken and written, English is an advantage Several years of experience in production planning and control within an industrial company Enjoyment and interest in learning new things from scratch and getting to know grinding technology Passion for planning and controlling a multi-stage production process with order sizes ranging from prototypes to series Your perspectives Participation in a strongly growing high-tech company Be an active driver within our flexible and dynamic production, which communicates and organizes flexibly and proactively as an interface.
