Architect / Construction Manager / Drafter

Architect, Construction Manager or Drafter (60 to 100 %)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as an architect, construction manager or drafter, starting by agreement. Depending on experience and interest, a combination of roles is also possible.

We are an architecture firm operating throughout Switzerland based in Dietikon. With a small, powerful team, we process versatile assignments in the areas of competitions, residential, commercial, industry and public buildings, from the first study to construction management.

Your tasks

Depending on the role and experience:

• Design and processing of competition and study projects
• Development of preliminary, construction and execution projects
• Creation of tender and execution plans
• Independent clarifications and development of constructive details
• Clarifications with authorities and specialist planners
• Participation in meetings with the client
• Specification, cost control and construction management (as a construction manager or as an architect with construction management tasks)

Your profile

• Degree as a Drafter EFZ specializing in architecture, studies at ETH or FH, or construction management school
• Professional experience in the Swiss construction industry
• Experience in tender and execution planning
• Confident handling of EliteCAD or ArchiCAD
• For construction management: experience with Messerli BauAd is an advantage
• Independent, reliable way of working as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
