Your tasks

You create learning situations for the trainees, supervise them in the departments, document the learning process, provide feedback and assess them orally and in writing.

You independently plan and coordinate the learning support and also work with the trainees in shift service.

You communicate openly and transparently within our education team and the nursing teams and assume an important function in the leadership triangle.

Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process

Performing treatment nursing activities

Planning and accompanying physician visits

Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach

Assumption of tasks as a reference person

Your profile

Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII,

"FaGe EFZ" or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK

Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

Experience as RAI-coordination is an advantage

A warm and humorous basic attitude

Enjoyment of versatile challenges

Good German skills in speaking and writing

Enjoyment of working with trainees and students
An recognized further education in the pedagogical field (at least vocational trainer course)
