Specialist Application and/or Language Promotion (90-100 %)

For our labor market measure Berufliche Integration plus (AMM BINplus) in Biel/Bienne we are looking for a:

Specialist Application and/or Language Promotion (90-100 %)

Area of responsibility:

• Co-design and implementation of group sequences in fields of action surrounding job searching and language promotion according to fide principles
• Goal- and resource-oriented individual guidance and support of the participants in the workspace as well as - if required - during the fide self-study time
• Responsibility for a core group of 8 to 10 participants (daily start as well as daily conclusion)
• Conducting individual interviews at the start and end of the program as well as regularly for individual goal review and reflection
• Recording the progress and the results per participating person in the case management tool
• Writing final reports
• Coordination of own work with the other involved specialists
• Contact person for the personal consultants of the assigned participants

Requirement profile:

• Recognized degree at secondary level II or tertiary level
• SVEB-Zertifikat, Module 1 completion (mandatory minimum requirement)
• Fide-Zertifikat "Sprachkursleitende im Integrationsbereich" or willingness to acquire this certificate
• 3 years of proven professional experience
• Native German language (language level C2)
• Proven experience in the integration of job seekers into the primary labor market and in German as a second language promotion
• Good ICT user skills
• Ability to interact appropriately with people from different social and cultural backgrounds
