To strengthen our «Ident Center» team, we are looking for a Clerk Identification 20 - 50 % (Evening / Saturday) starting immediately. In this role, you will perform the online identification of their customers on behalf of our clients, primarily banks. This serves the creation of various bank applications such as account openings, credit cards, etc. The assignments take place mainly in the evening and on Saturday, occasionally also during regular opening hours. Opening hours Monday to Saturday from 07.00 – 22.00. In doing so, you will have the following main tasks: • Receiving video calls for the online identification of customers in the languages DE and EN (FR/IT an advantage) • Checking the online identifications carried out by team colleagues • Various administrative tasks We are looking for goal-oriented and motivated personalities with communication skills as well as tact.
