Your Role

As sector manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of your workshop and the achievement of operational objectives. As a true technical reference, you support the teams on a daily basis while ensuring the continuous improvement of performance.

Your main responsibilities:

Supervise, unite, and develop the skills of the production teams.
Ensure the monitoring and optimization of the activities in the stamping sector.
Guarantee compliance with quality, deadline, and productivity objectives.
Provide technical support to the teams and participate in the resolution of complex problems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and work organizations.
Collaborate closely with the different departments to ensure efficient and fluid production.
Participate in industrialization projects and technical developments in your sector.

Profile Sought

Your Profile

Technical training in the mechanical, industrial field or deemed equivalent.
Confirmed experience in the stamping sector.
Successful experience in the leadership and supervision of production teams.
Excellent understanding of the constraints related to the manufacture of high-precision components.
Natural leadership and ability to create a climate of trust while maintaining a high level of requirement.
Pragmatic personality, solution and results oriented.
Strong taste for the field and demanding technical environments.
