Assistance with various tasks in the kitchen, clearing tables, as well as general mise-en-place Support of the kitchen team during preparation and service times Runner activities during service Dishwashing as well as cleaning of kitchen utensils Preparation and making of drinks Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the guest areas, on the terrace, as well as in the entire work area Snow removal as well as setup and dismantling and maintenance of the terrace and outdoor areas Room preparation as well as support in housekeeping Laundry care and general cleaning work (incl. sanitary areas) Waste disposal and preparation for removal (e.g., via helicopter) Internal transport of material, food, and goods (e.g., with Jeep or Skidoo) General assistance with tasks arising in daily operations Close cooperation with kitchen, service, and housekeeping for a smooth workflow
