In the civil registry offices, we accompany people in beautiful and difficult life situations. Births, marriages, acknowledgments of paternity, deaths, marriage preparations, name declarations are just a few of the versatile tasks. We are looking for you!

Your tasks

• Frequent customer contact alternates with demanding administrative processing
• Correct certification of events along the life cycle from birth to death
• Serving and advising customers
• Conducting marriages

Your profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Civil Registrar or willingness to complete a demanding, approx. three-year training
• Joy in dealing with people
• Interest in administrative work and in dealing with laws and instructions
• High level of independence and intercultural competence
• Bilingual German/French

You will be introduced to the secrets of civil status matters by a cheerful and well-coordinated team and will enjoy qualified multi-year further training up to the Federal Diploma and beyond. Of course, we actively support you in your further training. A varied working environment awaits you! We also gladly welcome already trained civil registrars with a federal FA.

Note: The salary calculation in the advertisement refers to the starting salary for civil registrars who are not yet trained. After successful completion of the further training, a salary increase is planned.
