Technical Estimator (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Technical training in the field of building, construction, or building technology, ideally complemented by experience in calculation or estimation * Experience in cost calculation, preparation of tenders or project estimation * Good ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams and technical files * Mastery of standard IT tools and, ideally, calculation software or tender management software * Analytical mind, rigor and attention to detail * Good sense of numbers and ability to establish precise calculations and respect deadlines * Ease in exchanges with suppliers, clients, architects and technical teams Your mission:
• Analyze plans technical files and specifications + Perform measurements and calculations necessary for project estimation + Develop offers and budgets taking into account materials, labor and necessary services + Request and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients in order to guarantee the accuracy of offers + Participate in cost monitoring and the optimization of technical solutions jpid391ef15jm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
