Lead Operator (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the fully automated wave pre-stages manufacturing cell and the diffuser cell. You report to the Team Leader Wave Manufacturing and are responsible for the technical leadership of the cell employees. Tasks: • Monitoring and ensuring smooth operation of the highly complex manufacturing cells in wave manufacturing • Ongoing responsibility for the entire production process of 7 machines • Systematic and sustainable resolution of operational errors • Acting as a technical expert in processes and machines • Coordination and technical leadership of employees at the cells • Training and developing employees • Effortless handling of in-depth cause analyses in production technology and IT systems • Implementing continuous process improvements (KVPs) • Coordinating tests or running in new materials • Collaboration in projects (e.g. replacement investments, new investments, L6S projects, etc.) • Coordination with OEMs on technical issues Requirements: • Completed mechanical vocational training is required • Further training as a process specialist EF is desirable • Experience in an industrial environment • Experience in setting up and operating complex manufacturing cells and individual systems • Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and NC code (Siemens control) • Understanding of IT systems such as control systems, basics of Industry 4.0 and intelligent processes • Enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation of statistical evaluations • Deriving measures based on data analysis • Willingness for special deployments • High performance willingness, stress resistance and quality awareness are required • Good technical understanding and organizational skills Your benefits: • International and dynamic work environment • Global parental leave program • Canteen • Childcare • Attractive vacation plans • Employee support program We look forward to your application (in English if you prefer).
