The Service de l'enseignement obligatoire de langue française (SEnOF) is responsible for the pedagogical leadership and the management of teaching at the different levels of compulsory schooling in the French-speaking part of the canton. Your missions * In compliance with the orientations set by the Service de l'enseignement obligatoire and the DFAC, the primary school director manages the organization, functioning and administrative and pedagogical management of their establishment, staff leadership, the quality of teaching and education as well as collaboration with school partners on behalf of which he/she represents the establishment * He/she also pays particular attention to the quality of the climate within the establishment and the well-being of the people working there.
