Davidoff & Cie SA, based in Basel (Switzerland), is a 100% subsidiary of the Oettinger Davidoff Group and employs around 60 employees. Under the names "Davidoff of Geneva since 1911" and "Zigarren Dürr", it operates 16 specialty tobacco stores in Switzerland as well as an e-commerce shop. The stores are located in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Glattbrugg, Lucerne, Pfäffikon, Schaffhausen, St. Moritz, Winterthur, Würenlos, Zug and Zurich. In addition to the premium cigar brands Davidoff, AVO, Camacho, Cusano, Griffin’s, Zino and various other cigars from all over the world, the company carries tobacco products and accessories such as S.T. Dupont, among others, as well as spirits. We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) 40% / St. Moritz Branch Areas of responsibility You are responsible for active and friendly advice to our customers as well as conducting competent sales conversations In addition, you operate the cash register in an exemplary manner and prepare the cash closure as well as the cash accounting properly You also control incoming goods and create invoices as well as credit notes via the cash register system Through your creative streak, you can decorate our windows, display cases and sales areas in an appealing way You are also responsible for the care of the furnishings and technical aids (e.g. humidor) and ensure the cleanliness of the branch Furthermore, you handle repair and complaint processing according to specifications, wrap gifts, refill lighters, change flints and assist with inventories Qualifications and experience You have completed retail training and have already been able to fill your backpack with several years of sales experience Through your high motivation, reliability and your flexibility, you fit perfectly into our team You have a communicative, service-oriented nature and can work successfully with various stakeholder groups Target-group-oriented communication in German and English (w/s) is easy for you - further languages are always welcome Your friendly, team-oriented and proactive personality as well as a well-groomed appearance round off your profile We offer you We offer you A field of activity in which you can act independently and contribute your ideas A well-located workplace with diverse catering options and good transport connections A dedicated team that supports and motivates each other Professionalism and humanity Next steps If this position matches your profile and your career goals, we would like to get to know you!
