THE COMPANY Our client is a Vaudois industrial company specializing in the surface treatment of metals. It trains its own operators, post by post, with an internal trainer. YOUR TASKS * Prepare paint and products according to the manufacturing sheets. * Check the paint reference before each series. * Set the varnishing tool and adjust it during production. * Monitor the appearance, regularity, and shade of the applied film. * Change and prepare the application cylinders. * Ensure first-level maintenance and keep the area clean and safe. CONDITIONS * 3x8 schedule from Monday to Friday: 5 h 00 to 13 h 35, 13 h 30 to 22 h 05, 22 h 00 to 5 h 05. Occasional work on weekends depending on the workload. * Temporary mission of 3 months at 100 %, Aptia assignment contract, possibility of fixed engagement afterwards. * On-site training at the post, supplement for night hours. * Free parking, protective equipment provided. YOUR PROFILE * At least one year of experience in industrial production or in a physical and fast-paced job. * Experience in painting or surface treatment: an asset. * Ready to work in 3x8, including at night. * Good color perception, meticulousness. * Fluent French spoken. * Driver's license and vehicle, residence less than 30 minutes from the site. * Forklift or overhead crane license: an asset.
