The Center for Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine covers the specialist areas of cardiovascular, pulmonary, internist-oncological, as well as musculoskeletal rehabilitation and unites the outpatient, inpatient, and telemedicine services of the Inselspital and the Berner Reha Zentrum It is one of the leading providers in the specialist field in service, teaching and research, with national and international radiation and networking.

What awaits you ##

• You organize and schedule appointments for our patients in outpatient rehabilitation & sports medicine
• You maintain telephone as well as written contact with internal and external bodies such as patients and doctors
• You process insurance inquiries / billing / invoicing of outpatient medical services
• You support our doctors in administrative matters
• You bear responsibility for the organization of smooth daily operations together with the team

What you bring with you ##

• Successfully completed commercial or equivalent training
• Preferably you have already gained professional experience in the medical field
• Independent way of working and organizational skills, as well as good PC skills
• You communicate in your native language German with stylistic confidence in speaking and writing and ideally have good oral French skills
• You are a communicative and resilient personality with high customer orientation
