Call Center Agent 60–80% (w/m/d)

Your main area of responsibility:

• You inform, on the telephone, donors from various non-profits and customers of profit organizations about current projects
• Donor / customer care and acquisition
• Customer surveys, polls or needs assessments
• Data entry directly on the PC

Our requirements:

• Pleasant telephone voice and positive attitude towards life
• Good manners and negotiation skills
• Enjoyment of making telephone calls (experience in telephone marketing desired)
• Preferably accent-free Swiss German (mandatory)
• Flexibility, reliability, quick comprehension and result-oriented way of working
• PC user skills
