Geotechnical Designer

In this position, you will create plans and designs for engineering structures and excavation closures in the field of geotechnics.

Tasks

• Design and creation of plans for engineering structures and excavation closures
• Development of plans, sections, and detailed drawings
• Ensuring traceable documentation across all project phases
• Support in the planning of geotechnical solutions
• Collaboration with project managers and other specialist disciplines
• Participation in BIM-based modeling with Autodesk Revit
• Creation and maintenance of specialist models as well as derivation of plans and evaluations

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a draftsman or comparable training
• Preferably initial professional experience
• Good knowledge of classic 2D design
• Experience with MicroStation or Autodesk products is an advantage
• Initial knowledge of Autodesk Revit is an advantage
• Structured and careful way of working as well as technical understanding
