Industrial Data Management Engineer (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Production division, we are looking for an Industrial Data Management Engineer (M/F) - whose main mission will be to contribute to the steering of Data Excellence within the site's Industrialization department. *Responsibilities* ## • Guarantee expertise on PLM and SAP data models for the site • Drive the evolution of the site's industrial classification • Ensure good collaboration with industrial partners, on-site and inter-site • Define and formalize, with business interfaces, the rules guaranteeing data consistency • Define and steer the performance indicators necessary for the proper functioning of the activity • Support and coach the employees of the Industrialization department in the use of PLM • Ensure the management of technical manufacturing data in SAP and PLM (routings, articles, etc.) *Profile* ## • HES/EPF Master's in industrial engineering and management, or training deemed equivalent • Proven experience in industry as well as in challenges related to data quality • Appetite for the architecture and manipulation of production data models • Mastery of IT tools, notably PLM, SAP and Tableau Desktop • Natural leadership, analytical, synthesis and team spirit, autonomy, rigor • Interpersonal skills, listening, diplomacy, ability to facilitate groups and assertive communication Conclusion ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, working time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
