For our production team, we are looking for our future:

Production Assembly Mechanic (F/M/X) at 100%

Workplace: 2504 Bienne

Your responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly operations, including complex assemblies, on our microsystems
• Prepare and verify the conformity of material, components, tools, and documentation
• Perform adjustments, fine-tuning, and checks of equipment and tooling
• Analyze technical problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• Guarantee product traceability and compliance with quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate closely with the production team and support services (Methods, Quality, Scheduling, Maintenance)

Your profile

• CFC in polymechanic, micromechanic or a title deemed equivalent
• Experience in industrial assembly, ideally in microtechnology; cleanroom experience is an asset
• Good mastery of reading technical drawings and dimensional control methods
• Excellent dexterity and mastery of precision assembly techniques and associated adjustments
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems
• Routine use of MS Office and SAP IT tools
• Very good command of French; knowledge of English is an asset
• You demonstrate rigor, precision, and autonomy
• You have a strong team spirit and enjoy sharing your knowledge
