For over 20 years, the company has successfully supported customers mainly in the Canton of Aargau. A dynamic and committed team is looking for an addition to the IT department to further consolidate and expand the team structure. Your task ##

• 2nd and 3rd-level customer support
• Participation in operating, controlling, monitoring and maintaining ICT services for operational operations
• Security and data protection: implementation of security guidelines and protective measures
• Creation of instructions and documentation
• Participation in projects

Your profile ##

• Completed training as an IT specialist (EFZ) with corresponding education
• Knowledge in the areas of M365, MSQL, Firewalls, VMware, Active Directory
• Experience in project work is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German skills
