Project Manager: general planning (all) #

Your tasks

• Management of general planning mandates and central interlocutor for the client during all phases of the project
• Management and coordination of the interdisciplinary planning team as well as ensuring clear interfaces, responsibilities, and decision-making paths
• Management of quality, costs, and deadlines, including early detection and handling of project deviations and risks
• Management of contracts, fees, and amendments for the general planning mandate as well as coordination and management of external specialized planners
• Advising the client and project communication, including the preparation of decision bases, reporting, and moderation of project participants

Your assets

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable technical training with several years of experience in managing demanding construction and planning projects
• Deep understanding of interdisciplinary planning processes as well as good knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes and relevant SIA standards
• High skills in project management in the areas of organization, deadlines, costs, quality, contracts, and risks
• Marked skills in leadership, communication, and negotiation as well as a confident attitude towards clients and project partners
• Entrepreneurial, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a great sense of responsibility and pleasure in leading interdisciplinary teams
