Personnel Advisor 100% (m/f) Building Sector - Genève

Your mission: ###

• Participate in prospecting and the acquisition of new clients
• Develop an existing portfolio with our clients
• Manage the entire recruitment process of candidates, from sourcing to integration into their position
• Manage the establishment of contracts by applying the relevant CCT
• Carry out meticulous follow-up of your activity regarding both clients and candidates
• Write and publish job offers through professional sites and social networks
• Establish long-term professional relationships and provide quality customer service

Required skills:

• Know how to listen and have a keen and sincere interest in different interlocutors (Clients and Candidates)
• Be responsible, organized, flexible and proactive
• Have team spirit and a taste for challenge
• Have good stress management and be able to manage unforeseen events
• Master IT tools
• Flexible, entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous

Your profile: ###

• You benefit from confirmed experience as a Consultant / Personnel Advisor
• You know, master and have a real attraction to the professions of the Building sector
• You have a good knowledge of the Swiss and/or Genevois market and its local actors
• You are dynamic, persevering and motivated
• You are perfectly comfortable in oral and written communication in Français
• You are comfortable with IT tools (Excel, Word and HR platforms)
• You master Spanish or Portuguese or have very good notions (an asset)
• You are a field person endowed with a good commercial sense
• You have a vehicle
