Your tasks - Your sense for luxury and exclusivity

• Customer advisory at the highest level – You advise our national and international clientele with competence and charm.
• Sales with passion – You inspire our customers with world-famous jewelry and fine watches.
• First-class service – You ensure that every customer receives tailor-made advice and excellent service.
• Sovereignty & negotiation skills – You convince with your expertise and your enthusiasm for high-quality products.
• Organization & inventory management – You take over cash management, stock control as well as maintenance and organizational tasks.
• Coordinating service orders – You receive repair and maintenance orders and pass them on professionally.

Your profile - what you bring with you:

• Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ watches and jewelry or as a goldsmith.
• Several years of professional and industry experience in the luxury segment.
• Enthusiasm for exclusive fashion, fine watches and current trends.
• A high degree of commitment, reliability and initiative.
• Independent, performance-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Very good German and English skills (additional languages an advantage).
• Customer advisory is your passion – You create special experiences.
