Production Worker: CNC Manufacturing & Plastic Forming

Plastic is our passion. At Cellwar, we don't produce mass parts from a conveyor belt, but precision parts made of Plexiglas, polycarbonate and other thermoplastics – for mechanical engineering, lighting technology as well as laboratory and medical technology. Around 35 employees, ISO 9001, short distances, real craftsmanship. For our production, we are looking for a personality who rolls up their sleeves, starting immediately or by arrangement. What to expect • You operate our CNC systems from A to Z: setting up, adjusting programs, producing – the order remains in your hands • Forming of Plexiglas (PMMA) and other thermoplastics: bending, thermoforming, manufacturing molded parts • Collaboration in the entire subtractive manufacturing process: milling, turning, sawing, drilling, post-processing • Quality control of your own work, machine maintenance and thinking ahead in the process What you bring with you • A completed manual-technical basic education – e.g., plastic technologist, polymechanic, production mechanic, carpenter – or equivalent practical experience • Experience with CNC systems: you set up independently and know what to do if a program does not run smoothly • A good eye and steady hands – our parts are visible, they do not forgive scratches • Joy in craftsmanship and genuine interest in plastic and its processing • Independent, reliable way of working and German in spoken and written form What we offer • Variety instead of serial monotony: hardly any order is like the other • Responsibility for the entire order – no passing it on after setup • A well-coordinated team, direct contact with management, short decision-making paths • Modern machine park, own plastic and testing laboratory, careful training in our processes • Terms of employment and remuneration according to your experience Curious?
