• Professional and individual care as well as support of our patients during the night on a ward of the Clinic for General Internal Medicine
• Early recognition and action in case of changes in health status
• Support of competent, individual care and nursing of the patients in close cooperation with the registered nursing staff, taking into account various standards and nursing concepts
• Responsibility for a calm, safe and professional night shift atmosphere
• Ensuring a seamless flow of information between day and night shifts
