Construction Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor schedules, costs, as well as the financial progress of projects
• Control the compliance of achievements with plans, current standards, and safety rules
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the different phases of construction and renovation projects
• Ensure site monitoring by guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
• Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, design offices, and authorities
• Coordinate companies, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of works
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety on construction sites, and ensure reporting as well as project documentation

Profile

• Diploma in Construction Management or in construction project management
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing construction projects, ideally in finishing trades
• Good technical knowledge of buildings (MEP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; knowledge of AutoCAD and Messerli is a real asset
• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of French
• Excellent sense of organization and priorities
• Flexibility, reactivity, and autonomy in project management
