We care for people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We promote, support, care for, and nurture. To this end, we offer 147 residential places in various forms of housing as well as 180 workplaces. Additionally, 90 places are available in the day care center. Our 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. For our team at the Kloten (Graswinkel) location, we are seeking immediately or by agreement a TEAMLEITUNG WOHNGRUPPE 80-100% Dipl. nursing specialist or social pedagogue (W/M/D) with leadership experience Your area of responsibility ## At Pigna, we create living spaces where people with disabilities can live with joy, dignity, and self-determination. In your residential group, you will accompany eleven adult residents with brain injuries and lead a dedicated, interdisciplinary team of twelve specialists. Your activities Your workday is diverse: You will lead your team professionally and personally, ensure individual care and support according to educational principles, and jointly design individual care and support plans with your team that put people at the center. You will plan and coordinate daily life, conduct conversations with relatives, doctors, and authorities, organize services, and lead team meetings that promote exchange and development. You will actively participate in the team leadership group and in higher-level processes, thus contributing to the further development of the residential area. About a third of your time will be spent in direct contact with residents - because you know that proximity to practice and genuine encounters are the basis for quality and team culture. What you bring ## You have training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or nursing specialist HF/FH and have several years of experience in accompanying people with disabilities or in long-term care. Most importantly, however, this work makes sense to you and fulfills you with joy.
