For our client, an internationally active industrial company based in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced

Plant Operator (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• Manufacture of specialist coils and external conductors using specialist and braiding machines
• Operating, setting up and monitoring the production plants including coil and material changes
• Carrying out troubleshooting as well as minor maintenance work on the plants
• Control and logging of the production processes as well as initiation of suitable corrective measures
• Participation in production data collection and in process optimizations
• Execution of autonomous maintenance according to internal specifications
• Working with the MES control system for order processing and production data collection
• Ensuring high process and product quality throughout the entire production process

Your profile ###

• Completed training as an Anlagenführer EFZ or basic mechanical training (e.g., production mechanic, polymechanic)
• Several years of experience as a plant operator in length production, ideally in cable production or in comparable mechanical production processes
• Very good technical understanding as well as strong quality awareness and precise way of working
• Flexibility for use in different processes as well as quick comprehension
• Team player, reliable and resilient personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good PC user skills as well as experience in handling ERP systems
• Willingness to work in three-shift operation
