Technical Internal Sales Projects (m/f)

On exclusive assignment for our client, a leading company in the machine industry, based in the Winterthur area, we are looking for an immediately or by arrangement Technical Internal Sales Projects (m/f) # In this versatile function, you will advise customers (national/international) on the renowned products of your company. You are responsible for order processing from A-Z (offers, invoices, coordination of deliveries, etc.), process various projects at customers, and undertake versatile activities in internal sales. For your customers, you are the competent contact person for technical/commercial questions in standard and project business. Furthermore, you participate in improvement processes of customer service and are actively involved in various internal projects. The close cooperation with various internal departments (e.g., production, engineering, etc.) makes your activity additionally exciting and varied. To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a completed technical education (e.g., polymechanic, preferably in the field of abrasives) as well as commercial further training (e.g., Technical Sales Representative, Technician HF). You have preferably already gained several years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Sales Representative, Technical Internal Sales/Customer Advisor, etc.) including order processing, preferably in the environment of the machine industry. You possess the organizational talent to be able to process various orders in parallel simultaneously. You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written), further language skills (French, etc.) are an advantage. In addition, you bring good MS Office knowledge, as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP, Pro Alpha, Navision).
