Head of Quality Management \& Food Safety 80 \- 100 % Company Industry: Delicatessen production Size: approx. 70 employees, Workplace: Mittelland region; Professional field: Food Engineer FH/ETH or BSc/MSc in Food Technology/\-Sciences Do you want to shape the quality culture of an established food company, lead a small team and actively develop existing structures? In this leadership role, you combine strategic foresight with strong practical proximity. Area of Responsibility You lead the Quality Management department with two employees and keep the management system effective and audit-ready according to FSSC 22000. You plan internal and external audits, accompany certifications and represent the department towards authorities, customers and inspection bodies. You control the HACCP\-system and ensure the effective monitoring of CCPs, OPRPs and operational hygiene specifications. You evaluate deviations, complaints and laboratory results, initiate appropriate measures and track their implementation. You promote quality awareness, work closely with production and take over the holiday replacement of the plant management. Requirement Profile You have a degree as a Food Engineer FH/ETH or BSc/MSc Food Technology/\-Sciences and several years of QM\-experience in food production. You are familiar with GFSI\-recognized standards, preferably FSSC 22000, and are familiar with HACCP, GHP, CCPs, OPRPs, audits as well as document control. Ideally, you bring knowledge of food law and experience in microbiological assessments. You analyze complex topics, document traceably, set clear priorities and pursue measures consistently. You lead pragmatically, communicate appreciatively and appear just as confident in production as towards inspection bodies.
