YOUR TASKS ##

• Planning and coordinating consultations as well as being the contact point for internal and external inquiries
• Obtaining, reading and checking medical reports as well as prior preparation of documents for preoperative clarification
• Telephone information, reception of patients in the outpatient consultation
• Telephone contact with general practitioners and specialists
• OR plan controlling
• Blood collection, ECG

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as MPA, FAGE or nurse with professional experience as well as knowledge in administrative activities
• Very good German language skills and sound PC skills
• Enjoyment of patient contact and secure application of medical terminology
• Reliable, team-oriented and flexible personality with strong customer orientation

We offer you a versatile and varied activity in a motivated team. Since our anesthesia center has been in a new structure since July 2026, you have the opportunity to actively help shape workflows and processes and to develop professionally and personally. Ideally, we would like to strengthen our team with two employees at a workload of 40 % each. In doing so, we wish for flexible personalities who are willing to represent each other during absences and to temporarily increase their workload in such phases. However, we are also open to applications with a higher workload up to 80 %.
