In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the LÖWENSTOBE (50 places) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal room for events. The vast outdoor area can accommodate up to 80 guests and offers a perfect location to enjoy.

In 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star superior HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests enjoy not only the unique RESTAURANT QUELL with its sharing concept, but also an impressive wellness and care area at the QUELL SPA of more than 2,200 m² as well as the elegant BOTANICUM bar.

• Regular cleaning and maintenance of offices, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, sanitary facilities, and common areas
• Execution of cleaning work on construction sites, in project rooms, show apartments, and other spaces used by the company as needed
• Organization and coordination of additional external cleaning staff or cleaning companies depending on the workload
• Instruction of external cleaning staff regarding tasks, priorities, cleaning standards, and project-specific requirements
• Monitoring of cleaning work performed and ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards
• Planning and coordination of cleaning schedules as well as special, basic, and construction site cleaning
• Organization and support of cleaning work before important appointments such as client visits, inspections, receptions, handovers, or events
• Autonomous identification of cleaning and tidiness needs as well as implementation of necessary measures
• Monitoring of stocks of cleaning products, consumables, and work equipment as well as timely organization of replenishment
• Ensuring appropriate and economical use of cleaning products, equipment, and consumables
• Reporting damage, defects, or necessary repair and maintenance measures to the competent department
• Organization and coordination of access for external cleaning staff to the respective premises and work areas
• Support in the organization of waste disposal as well as ensuring clean and tidy storage rooms and annexes
• Compliance with current hygiene, safety, and construction site rules
• Active support in case of short-term or increased cleaning needs
• Assumption of other appropriate tasks in the field of cleaning, tidiness, and facility services
• Experience in the field of cleaning, building cleaning, facility services, or a comparable function
• Autonomous, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Organizational talent and pleasure in coordinating external cleaning staff and service providers
• Great sense of cleanliness, order, and detail
• Taste for a varied activity with tasks that are both practical and organizational
• Friendly and professional attitude in relations with employees, clients, and external partners
• Good knowledge of German, other languages an asset
• Flexibility, stress resistance, and high motivation
