Assistance School and Projects Training and Work Centre (SAZ) Burgdorf – here, for over 50 years, cognitively as well as physically or mentally impaired people have found a place to learn, work and live. Around 225 employees accompany approximately 185 adults in need of support (employees with IV pension, learners and residents) and around 120 school children. The SAZ is a regionally strongly anchored, federally and cantonally recognized institution with a wide range of services. We are looking for you as Assistance School and Projects 50% to 80% immediately or by arrangement Are you a doer? For our school, you ensure the smooth operation of the administration as a reliable backup function. At the same time, you not only manage our projects, but also drive them forward with your active support. Many challenging projects are waiting for you: from the introduction of new IT systems, construction and renovation projects to topics related to market development. This is what you will be moving with us School administration Reliable representation and support of school administration in case of absence and peak loads Taking on special tasks Project coordination Independent coordination of diverse projects in the overall operation: IT introductions, ERP rollout, construction and renovation work as well as market development initiatives Coordination of internal and external stakeholders – you keep an overview and hold the threads together Participation in process optimization; if qualified, also taking on tasks in quality and process management and in building a project portfolio Ideally, you bring Commercial basic training or equivalent experience; affinity for administrative processes Experience in project coordination and management – you know methods, but are pragmatic enough to use them situationally Enjoyment of diverse, partly complex projects; you work independently and also have an overview of several parallel projects Very good IT skills and openness to digital tools Communication strength: you bring people together and can express yourself in a target-group-specific manner.
