Production Assistant Kitchen 40-80%

The tibits family in the Zurich bistro is looking for a new member to support the dedicated team at a 40-80% workload, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Production of freshly made salads, fruit juices & sandwiches
Provision of the patisserie & breakfast offering
Setup & maintenance of the salad buffet
Mise en Place of the dishes
Cleaning & washing-up work
Compliance with the basics, the quality and product specifications as well as the workflows
