In order to strengthen its team, it is looking for: Secretary - Notary Assistant Vaud (Lausanne region) Your responsibilities: • File management: Autonomous handling of the administrative aspects of files in the fields of real estate law and inheritance law (matrimonial and commercial law is a plus). • Drafting of deeds: Preparation and drafting of legal deeds and documents (wills, inheritance pacts, marriage contracts, mandates for incapacity). • Taxation and inventories: Preparation of tax inventories, collection of documents, and participation in the liquidation of estates. • Relation and advice: Client support and coordination with various stakeholders (banks, administrations, justice of the peace, lawyers, etc.).
