Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Responsibility for the technical support of the entire creation process of door systems, from the concept phase to type approval at the customer • Collection, analysis and coordination of customer, vehicle and system-specific requirements for the door system • Creation of system specifications, technical concepts and solution approaches taking into account customer requirements, norms and internal standards • Coordination and control of the implementation of the door system in close cooperation with internal specialist departments, customers and suppliers • Assumption of full system responsibility for the door system regarding function, performance, quality, costs and deadlines • Ensuring the technical integration of the door system as well as supporting reviews, validations, tests and releases throughout the entire development process YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Completed degree at university level (FH/University) in systems engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study • Several years of professional experience in the field of rail vehicles or in an industrial environment is an advantage • Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical systems as well as their integration into complex overall projects • Business fluent German and good English skills (at least level B2) in speaking and writing • High level of personal responsibility and strong communication and coordination skills YOUR BENEFITS • Financial contribution for public transport and various leisure activities • In-house gym and regular company events • Discounted catering options in the staff restaurant Leonie Grob HR Business Partner \+41 79 355 51 97
