As part of a carefully planned succession arrangement due to the retirement of the current job holder, we are looking for a committed, strong-willed, and integrative personality as Rector (m/f/d) per 1. August 2027. As Rector, you bear the overall responsibility for the strategic, pedagogical, personnel, financial, and organizational leadership of the Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum Rorschach-Rheintal. In addition, in accordance with cantonal specifications, you will take on a small teaching workload and thus remain close to the core business of the school.
