• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team including the conduct of employee appraisals, performance reviews, and recruitment processes
• Responsibility for efficient personnel deployment and shift planning as well as the structured induction of new employees
• Ensuring all deadlines, production, and quality targets within one's own area of responsibility
• Sustainable documentation of specialist knowledge and targeted know-how transfer within the department
• Level-appropriate initiation of measures in the event of technical, personnel, and organizational problems
• Active participation in development projects as well as in the systematic solution of quality problems
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, occupational safety, as well as environmental and health protection in the area
• Ensuring legal compliance via the Eticor system and taking over the deputy role as Team Leader (m/f/d) Laboring

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Successfully completed technical vocational training as well as several years of sound production experience, ideally with leadership experience in an industrial environment
• Specific experience in cartridge production as well as sound knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes is an advantage
• Verifiable competence in production and capacity planning as well as in continuous process optimization
• Deep understanding of quality management, production documentation, as well as systematic fault analysis and problem solving
• Sound technical understanding paired with strong organizational and planning competence
• Practice-proven knowledge in the area of occupational safety, process safety, and the responsible handling of hazardous substances
• Confident handling of SAP systems for the efficient control of operational processes as Team Leader (m/f/d) Laboring

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• 40-hour week (plus 1 hr advance time for bridge days)
• 5 - 6 weeks of vacation depending on age
• In the event of illness, 100% continued payment of wages up to max. 730 days
