Product Owner (m/f/d) with architecture experience

This is what you can achieve. • As Technical Product Owner, you anchor the architectural vision and the technical strategy together with the System Architect and make its benefits for the reliability and scalability of the platform visible. • You translate architectural enablers and technical requirements into Epics, Features, and actionable User Stories and accept the results based on clear acceptance criteria and architectural standards. • The quality, prioritization, and management of the backlog are your responsibility; you define and estimate entries transparently and check their business value. • In PI Planning, you prepare content and support implementation through a clear presentation of architectural priorities, system-wide topics, and identified dependencies. • You coordinate dependencies between Scrum Teams and Agile Release Trains proactively and support the teams in implementation, integration, as well as the continuous improvement of system quality and Delivery Flow. • You ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability and present technical content in a target-group-oriented manner within the business-relevant context. This is what you bring with you. • You approach complex technical and architectural issues analytically and in a structured manner and communicate them understandably and empathically to different stakeholders. • Several years of experience in architecture are required. If you also have experience as a Product Owner, System Architect, Business Analyst, or System Analyst and have worked in an agile environment (such as SAFe), this is a plus. • You have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines as well as cloud and infrastructure concepts. • You have already been able to gain experience in the management of cross-team dependencies in complex system landscapes. • Completed studies in computer science, engineering, or business informatics, or a comparable education. • Very good German and English skills at least C1, as well as willingness to travel to the location of our Shoring partner two to three times per year for one week each.
