Medical Site Lead Anesthesia outpatient surgical center 70-80% Medical Site Lead Anesthesia outpatient surgical center 70-80% YOUR TASKS Specialist medical management of OPERA with personnel leadership of the anesthesia specialists together with the medical supervisor of the Klinik Stephanshorn and the Leiter OPERA Conducting the preoperative anesthesia consultation Performing common anesthesia procedures Perioperative care of female and male patients Creating/Updating area-specific SOPs/Guidelines Responsibility for personal continuous and advanced training YOUR PROFILE Specialist title in Anesthesiology (FMH or equivalent) Several years of experience as Oberarzt/Oberärztin or Kaderarzt/Kaderärztin Sound knowledge in regional anesthesia and perioperative medicine as well as experience in pediatric anesthesia > 3 years Leadership training or willingness to complete it High organizational skills and efficient way of working Innovative, communicative and team-oriented personality with pleasure in interprofessional cooperation Very good German skills in speaking and writing Do you want to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can fully develop your strengths, your know-how and competencies?
