You are responsible for the following work activities:

• Entering customer and production orders in the in-house system
• Quotation and order processing/ receipt of complaints
• following up on quotations
• Project assistance in small and large projects incl. scheduling / monitoring

(Ordering process/Purchasing/Pre- and post-calculations)

• Creating product documentation/price lists
• telephone customer care
• managing the article and product master data
• assistance in the introduction of an ERP system
• collaboration in marketing/internet presence/trade fairs/telephone acquisition
• creating project settlements/invoicing
• Languages German / French in spoken and written form
• English is an advantage
