Your tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of the nursing team for 19 guests
• Planning and conducting of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP
• Leadership and control of nursing reports and nursing specialist discussions
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts
• Active participation in the further development of the nursing offers in the facility
• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as daily responsibility and contact person for nursing
• Taking on tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• RAI knowledge
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
