Your tasks ##

• You accompany and care for people with dementia individually, professionally, and in a resource-oriented manner
• You create a safe and structured environment and promote the well-being of our residents
• You actively plan and implement activating and everyday-oriented care offers
• You work closely with relatives as well as interdisciplinary specialists
• You recognize changes in health status and initiate appropriate measures
• You document observations, care, and nursing measures comprehensibly in the electronic nursing documentation (easyDOK)
• You actively contribute your expertise to the further development of dementia-specific care

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• Further training in the field of dementia or interest in developing yourself in this specialist field
• Experience in the care and accompaniment of people with dementia is an advantage
• Appreciative, respectful, and empathetic interaction with elderly people
• High social competence as well as strong observation and communication skills
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in contributing your own ideas and actively helping to shape the care
