Your tasks In this role, you will represent our laboratory to customers and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a friendly, reliable personality with a high degree of independence as well as a customer- and solution-oriented way of working. As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will manage our telephone switchboard as well as written inquiries via all common channels and take on various administrative tasks in the medical and commercial sectors. This includes, among others, various pre-analytical inquiries, the recording of subsequently ordered analyses, entry of results, master data maintenance, corrections and adjustments of invoices, as well as conducting the corresponding correspondence. As part of the medical team, performing blood sampling is also part of your activities. The working hours You will work alternating shifts during our opening hours; Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 18.30 as well as sporadically on Saturdays from 8.00-12.00.
