The tasks that await you • Organization and implementation of the gastro evenings, 1-2 x weekly on fixed evenings • Purchasing and/or ordering, receipt and inspection of goods • Preparation & plating of simple dishes • Preparation and cleaning work • Compliance with hygiene, clothing and safety regulations • In the event of high guest volume, support with breakfast on Friday & Saturday What you should bring with you • Experience in a similar function in a restaurant, hotel or canteen • Reliable, flexible and service-oriented • Good German skills an advantage
