Main responsibilities • Ensure the complete management of construction files, from project analysis to the issuance of building, occupancy, and use permits. • Ensure the monitoring of works and maintenance of roads, municipal buildings, pipelines, and public lighting. • Advise and support owners, representatives, architects, and professionals in their procedures and in the application of municipal procedures. • Guarantee the legal, regulatory, and technical compliance of projects submitted to the Municipality and ensure compliance with current standards. • Lead calls for tenders and public inquiries. • Perform compliance checks in the field, participate in health and safety inspections, and ensure the monitoring of construction sites until their completion. • Actively participate in the evolution and optimization of the department's processes in order to meet the growing challenges related to territorial development. • Contribute, through your expertise and your sense of public service, to the harmonious development of the municipality and to the enhancement of its built heritage. Your profile • Your analytical capacity allows you to assess sometimes complex situations and make informed decisions. • Organized and methodical, you effectively manage several files and priorities in parallel. • You benefit from confirmed experience in Switzerland in the management of construction files within an architectural or engineering firm. • Field experience in site management. • Training in the field of architecture, engineering, or deemed equivalent. • Construction police procedures, as well as the Vaud legal framework, are familiar to you. • You move with ease in an environment governed by demanding technical and regulatory standards. • Autonomy, rigor, and initiative allow you to advance projects with professionalism and discernment. • You know how to effectively prioritize your tasks with rigor and a sense of responsibility.
